Tailored to your baby
150, 180, 200 or 250 millilitres?
You tell us your preferred size. After freeze-drying, we calculate how much powder your breast milk has produced and divide it into the most practical portions possible.
Good to know
Your chosen number of millilitres is a preference, not an exact guarantee. For example, if your milk produces 13 grams of powder for 120 millilitres of water, the most practical sachet may ultimately be filled for 140 millilitres. Please also allow for a margin of around 1 gram per sachet. The actual contents are always shown on the packaging.
Storage and use
An unopened, undamaged small sachet has a four-year shelf life when the prescribed storage conditions are followed. Use it within one week of opening. Small sachets do not contain a separate moisture absorber. Keep them cool, dry and away from light, reseal an opened sachet immediately after use, and follow the date and instructions on the package.
How does your milk reach us?
Choose what works for your family
Always deliver your breast milk fully frozen unless we agree otherwise in advance. When ordering, choose the delivery method that works best for your family.
Deliver it yourself
You can make an appointment to deliver your milk to our drop-off location in Tilburg.
Sometimes delivery in Spijkenisse or Rotterdam is also possible. Please arrange this with us in advance.
Have it collected
We collect your frozen breast milk throughout The Netherlands and Belgium. Enter your postcode when ordering; the price is €0.74 per kilometre for the complete return route, with a €40 minimum.
We arrange the trip with you and transport the milk frozen in a cool box.
Milksy shipping box
The box contains everything you need to pack your milk safely and keep it chilled, including a tracker.
You arrange and pay for the shipment to Milksy yourself, usually with PostNL or DHL. Express shipping is recommended, although standard shipping is possible at your own risk.
With your next order, you do not pay for the box itself again. You do still pay for the empty box to be sent to you and for shipping your milk back to Milksy.
Your own materials
You can also ship the milk chilled using your own materials, as long as everything is packed according to our shipping instructions.
Need it sooner?
Our standard processing period is up to four weeks after complete, processable receipt. With our express service, we aim to hand your finished product to the carrier or directly to you within seven days after receiving all of your milk in a processable condition. Carrier delivery time is excluded. This is a target unless agreed otherwise in writing. If handover takes place more than two calendar days after this target, we refund the full express surcharge. The rest of the order continues within the standard processing period of up to four weeks; your other statutory rights remain unaffected. Our terms and conditions apply.
