We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and risks. No security measure or transfer method can guarantee absolute protection, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access and misuse.
Children's information
We do not knowingly request account information from or provide our services directly to children under 14. Contact us if you believe we received such data so we can assess and remove it where appropriate.
For a customer's order, we may ask for a child's first name to place on a card supplied with the order. We use it only for that order.
Your choices and rights
Account details
You can view or change account information through your account settings or contact us. You can ask us to close an account. We may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcing agreements.
Email and communications
You can update communication preferences through your account, use an unsubscribe link where available or contact us. Messages required for an order or service may still be sent.
