Clear gift-card terms
The value, issue date and expiry date appear on the gift card or in the confirmation email.- The gift card is valid for two years from the date of issue.
- Partial use is allowed. The remaining balance stays available until the original expiry date.
- If an order costs more than the available balance, the difference can be paid with another payment method.
- The gift card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
- The statutory cooling-off period applies to a gift card purchased online unless a legal exception applies.
